MY PROCESS
Was that too cheesy? Probably.
Unfortunately for you, you can totally expect your session to be full of bad jokes, questionable commentary, and me saying "that's gorgeous" approximately 457 times.
And while I’m legally obligated as a photographer to tell you photoshoots are fun, let’s be so for real- they can feel like a chore sometimes.
After days of finding the perfect outfits, hours of getting ready, and
probably at least one near-breakdown over your partner’s dirty shoes,
you might not be feeling it by the time your session comes.
Guess what? That’s okay.
When you show up for your photoshoot, I don't want to see the picture-perfect side of you, we'll make that happen later. I want to meet the real you.
We’ll hang out, laugh a little, wander around, and before you know it, you’ll stop thinking about the camera.
That’s when the good stuff happens.

Turns out, that's exactly how I like my photos.
I’m drawn to the imperfect humanity of us all—
that’s where the best stories come from.
Ironically, I also struggle with some serious social anxiety.
Yep- I have a fear of people and a very people-y job. Nice.
So if I come across a little awkward, that's because I am.
But it also means that I seriously love what I do.
I'll never let fear stop me from loving people and taking beautiful photos.

I am an artist, through and through. From painting and drawing to digital art and photography- I simply love creating. I feel truly blessed to have been given the gift of art, and I believe it is my purpose in life to make people feel something when they look at my work.
Above all else, I want people to see a glimmer of the Christ through me.
While I am just an imperfect person out here trying my best to navigate life,
at the end of the day, I just want people to know they're loved by the one who created love.
We love because He first loved us.
People are complicated. messy.
A little unhinged.
And completely captivating.

I prefer the version where every road trip feels like a beginning, every song feels like it belongs to a moment, every sunset feels like a sign I almost understand, and every moonlit night could still turn into a moment that lingers longer than it should.
I've always been drawn to the moments that feel deeper than they look.
Luckily, photography rewards that kind of thinking.
I don't particularly enjoy reality.

The best stories are full of drama and messy moments. Those moments are the ones that stay with us.
The stolen glances. The tension. The flirty attitude. The inside jokes and little jabs.
The way his eyes light up when she walks into the room.
The history behind those eyes—and why they shine the way they do.
That's the story we remember.
We remember the little moments and how they made us feel.
Years from now, you won't be thinking about whether your hair was perfect, if your outfit got dirty, or if everything went according to plan.
You'll remember the way she looked at you.
The butterflies in your core when he kissed your nose.
The way he so delicately tucked that stray hair behind your ear.
The way she whispered "I love you" underneath the light of the moon.
How you leaned your head on hers to be closer.
So no, I'm not here to create perfect photos.
I'm here to create the kind of images that let you step back into the story.
The kind that don't feel like a photoshoot-
But more like a scene you'll replay in your head for the rest of your life.
Because the best love stories were never just watched.
They were lived.
